Your Well-Being Is in Good Hands

Whether that be major life changes, existential questions, trauma, grief, depression, addiction, attention and focus, or anxiety,- I’m here to support you in your exploration toward healing and self-discovery.

I’m a licensed therapist in PA and  NJ, and I practice in-person  and remote services in Philadelphia, and offer remote services as well as in-person walk and talks in New Jersey.

About Therapy + My Approach

Therapy is more than just talking about our feelings and issues. It is personalized attention, tailored to help a person overcome patterns of stuckness, and moving toward change. Change can be scary; but when done in the right pace, it can be empowering and exciting to journey toward a more optimized you.

Areas of Expertise

Cristina saved my life! If you’re thinking about setting up an appointment with her, please do. The past four years of therapy with her have changed my life for the better and I can not be more grateful. She is down to earth, kind but honest and really empathizes to understand your perspective and help you progress.”

No matter what kind of nonsense, drama, and petty ranting I throw at Cristina, she not only listens to everything with patience and humor, but also manages to find and carefully present hard truths, new goals based on those truths, and then brilliant strategies to reach those goals.”

After struggling with other therapists, it was with Cristina that I could comfortably open up to and see improvement with. She made sure I understood that setbacks are unavoidable and shouldn’t be demoralizing, it’s making progress and maintaining effort that’s important. Cristina possesses a wide array of networking and support resources that she uses to supplement the usual treatment plan and coping strategies taught by other therapists. I’m now approaching 5 years of sobriety and I’m incredibly grateful for Cristina’s help!
