Anxiety and Stress Management Workshop

Stress takes many forms - it can make you irritable, anxious, shut-down, frazzled, fatigued, cranky, sad, numb or checked out. It can lead to problems in relationships, issues with sleep, and health concerns. Prolonged stress is a contributing,- if not a causing factors to an array of serious illnesses; including autoimmune disorders, cardio-vascular disease and cancer. 

 

Learn how to manage your stress by

    • Identify different sources of stress / nervous system activation

    • Learn how to manage your feelings and regulate your nervous system 

    • Learn how to redirect and manage your thoughts 

    • Learn how to identify, manage and release stress in your body

 

You just weren’t taught how to manage these feelings. That has to be learnt - like anything else.  

Workshop begins Spring 2026 - available in asynchronous post live sessions. 
6 Sessions - 1.5 hours per week. Location: Collingswood, NJ. Address TBD (contingent on interest).
